Everything we sell is hand selected and shipped from our Northland HQ. This means that we can offer a wide range of options, as a result we're able to streamline our shipping process.

Oversized Items: Larger items (e.g., bumpers) have location-based shipping rates and may have limited delivery zones.
If an oversized item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be refunded.

Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We also do not ship oversized or bulky items beyond Northland and Auckland.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel and adjust delivery options if needed.
Delivery Status Updates:
✔ Collected – Your parcel has been picked up.
✔ On its way – It’s with the courier for delivery.
✔ Delivered – Your parcel has arrived.
✔ Delivery Attempted – A delivery was attempted, but no one was available to receive it.
